Salary and earning potential

Earnings potential: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year (uncapped, dependent on hours worked and client base)

The Role

As a Personal Trainer at Goodlife Fitzroy, you will:

Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 personal training sessions
Build and manage your client base within a supportive club environment
Engage with members and foster meaningful relationships
Support members to achieve health and fitness outcomes
Collaborate with an experienced fitness team
Participate in ongoing professional development and business coaching

What we’re looking for

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing qualifications)
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
ABN and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Professional presentation and positive attitude
A genuine passion for helping people improve their lives through fitness
Self-motivation with a growth mindset
