The Opportunity
We deliver innovative buildings projects across a diverse range of markets including Defence, Water, Transport, Health and Life Sciences. With a strong focus on social and environmental outcomes, you’ll have the opportunity to shape spaces that make a real impact on communities and the world around us.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, our Building Services team in Adelaide is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals. In this role, you’ll:

Support on building projects across sectors including arts & culture, aviation, defence, transport, civic, and life sciences.

Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and consultants to drive innovative, sustainable design solutions.

Technical delivery of mechanical designs, including drawings, specifications and calculations

Assist in the development of standardised mechanical workflows

Actively participate in client and group meetings, shaping project strategies and building long-term partnerships.

Contribute to a workplace culture that values collaboration, creativity, and purpose-driven work.
About you
-
A degree in Mechanical engineering.

At least 8+ yrs of relevant experience based locally preferred

Possess a high level of design creativity with the ability to develop technically robust structural concepts whilst maintaining a strong focus on the design intent.

Commercially aware with the ability to successfully lead structural and multidisciplinary projects through all phases whilst managing and developing strong client relationships.

Desire to work within a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and excellence, contributing to workplace culture.

CPEng or an ability to attain preferred.

Ability to attain Defence Clearance / Defence experience preferred.
