Full Job Description

About You:

You are a highly skilled Spray Painter with:

Extensive experience in industrial spray painting and sandblasting, specifically working with metals and fibreglass
Proven ability to apply coatings on a variety of fabricated products and materials
Experience with fibreglass repairs is bonus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality finishes
Good time management and a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
A strong commitment to safe work practices and a willingness to follow Rockpress’s systems and processes

Key Responsibilities:

Performing industrial spray painting and sandblasting on metal and fibreglass components
Carrying out fibreglass repairs to ensure structural integrity and finish quality
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and meeting production deadlines
Following all safety procedures and contributing to a positive team environment
Learning and embracing Rockpress’s systems, processes, and quality standards

This is a full time position. Applications open to all Australian citizens or those currently living in Australia with a visa allowing full work rights
