About Us:

Sacred Heart International College is a CRICOS-registered vocational college with a growing presence in Melbourne, committed to delivering high-quality education and supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals. Located in the heart of Melbourne, the College offers nationally accredited qualifications in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, and Trade courses. We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence, build strong relationships with education agents from diverse backgrounds, and drive international student enquiries and enrolments through strategic marketing and global student recruitment initiatives.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, boost engagement, and support business growth across both onshore and offshore markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing market trends, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that strengthen the organisation’s competitive position.

The role also requires a strong understanding of international student needs, cultural diversity, and the motivations and aspirations of students from different countries, ensuring marketing activities are culturally relevant and effectively tailored to global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with education agents through regular meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, and promotional support to increase international student recruitment.
Represent Sacred Heart International College at education fairs, agent events, and information sessions, and coordinate campus tours and student engagement activities.
Develop and manage integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and offline channels to promote the College’s programmes and support organisational growth objectives.
Collaborate with graphic designers and external partners to create engaging marketing materials, including social media content, EDMs, brochures, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate end-to-end campaign production, including copywriting, artwork, media placements, and campaign execution within approved timelines and budgets.
Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, student behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities, improve marketing strategies, and achieve student recruitment targets.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, ROI, and other key marketing performance indicators.
Advising on all aspects of marketing, including product mix, pricing strategies, advertising and sales promotion, sales methods, and distribution channels.
Work closely with Admissions, Student Support, media partners, and external agencies to ensure a seamless student experience and maintain accurate marketing and agent records.
Liaising with internal departments including admissions, compliance, and operations to ensure marketing strategies align with organisational goals.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the education or professional services sector.
A minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful, data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to arange of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to managemultiple priorities.
A team player with the ability to lead and mentor a small marketing team.
Knowledge of the Australian international education sector and CRICOS framework is highly regarded.
Familiarity with trade courses will be considered an advantage.

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Preferred)

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
