The Role
As the face of our store, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting both sales performance and administrative operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on tyres, wheels and automotive services, becoming the go-to tyre and automotive specialist in the store
- Building trust with customers through clear, honest recommendations
- Managing phone enquiries, quotes, bookings and customer follow-ups
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks including job cards, record keeping and data entry
- Preparing invoices, processing payments and reconciling transactions
- Coordinating workflow between customers and the workshop to ensure efficient job completion
- Maintaining accurate customer and job records within internal systems
- Supporting stock control, order processing and supplier coordination
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across tyres, batteries and mechanical services
- Supporting store sales targets and KPIs
- Ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in retail, sales and/or administration
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage both customer-facing and administrative duties
- A passion for the automotive and tyre industry
- Previous tyre or automotive industry experience highly preferred
- Confident using POS systems, booking platforms and administrative systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Ambitious, with a desire for career growth and development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work Saturdays

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
