The role

This position provides support to the In Home Support team and wider Community Wellbeing team through:

Supporting the Delivered Meals, Seniors Festival, Digital Inclusion and Direct Care Worker traineeship programs
Assisting with internal committees, working groups meetings and events
Maintaining databases, accurate records and generating reports
Administration tasks including minute taking, document preparation and processing purchase orders

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role you will have:

Relevant qualifications, and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in an Aged Care environment
Competent computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Proven skills working with the community
A basic understanding of the Aged Care Act and related legislation and Home Support programs would be advantageous
