Based in Tullamarine, we run a fast-paced organised production operation with clear focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery.
We are looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our afternoon shift team in a hands-on factory role, with full training and long-term opportunities.
About the Role
This role sits within our production team on the afternoon shift (4pm to 12am Monday-Friday).
You will be part of a hands-on production team, learning specialised sheet-metal machinery and building practical skills in a well-run, organised factory.
This role suits reliable people who want consistent afternoon shift work as part of a strong, supportive team that works well together and get results.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and prepare production orders to meet schedule
- Operate sheet-metal machinery to manufacture products to specification
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Follow safety procedures
Skills and Experience:
Required:

Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Able to commit to afternoon shift hours (4PM–12AM, Monday–Friday)
- Available to work reasonable overtime and some flexibility around finish times when required
Preferred:

Forklift Licence
- Experience in manufacturing or similar environment
