Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join the team at Ooh Baby Geelong, a renowned restaurant in Geelong, Victoria. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Geelong.

Skills and experience required:

Proven experience as a head chef or senior chef in a fast paced kitchen environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to lead, train and motivate kitchen staff
Experience with stock control, ordering and food cost management
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high food quality and consistency
Creative menu planning and seasonal menu development
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for quality food, presentation, and customer experience

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
