About the role

We are looking for a Field Labourer - Irrigation to join the growing team on a casual basis.

In this role you will provide hands-on support to the branch team while assisting with day-to-day operations in the field and workshop. You will work closely with the team to ensure equipment, irrigation systems and general farm infrastructure are maintained and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

Work flexibly across the rural irrigation sector, supporting a range of field projects.
Perform in-field excavation and install irrigation pipe systems, pump systems, and automation controls.
Carry out repairs and maintenance of bore pumps to ensure reliable operation.
Be prepared to work remotely from the Bundaberg area for short periods as needed.
Demonstrate a positive, flexible, and proactive “can-do” attitude in all tasks.
Hold a valid truck licence.
Previous irrigation knowledge or experience is highly advantageous.
