Position/Job DescriptionPremium Commercial & Domestic Cleaner

We are a premium cleaning service committed to delivering exceptional quality and professional standards to our valued clients. We are a high level company that requires systems, protocols and operations to be in place and to be followed by all team members.

Compensation & Benefits Overview

Hourly Rate: $32.31 + Superannuation (Award compliant)
Overtime Pay: Eligible for additional pay rates for after-hours commercial jobs (as per award and job requirements)
Training:
Comprehensive 3-stage induction training over 2 weeks prior to client assignments
Ongoing online training and professional development supported by the company
Probation Period: 3 months to assess suitability and quality compliance
Travel Compensation:
Paid travel time including fuel allowance between client jobs (Job A to Job B)
Broken shift fee of $4.50 applies when hours between shifts require it
Additional Leave: Portable Long Service Leave provided alongside statutory superannuation payments
Equipment: $600 worth of industry-grade cleaning equipment supplied at no cost

Employment Terms and Compliance

Employment Type: Casual Permanent, with scheduling flexibility based on client demand and cleaner availability
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day and evening shifts — may include short notice and irregular assignments
Compliance Monitoring: Ongoing quality audits and performance reviews to maintain our premium service standards
Licensing and Certificates:
National Police Certificate required upon hire
Valid Driver’s License mandatory
Work Authorization: Employment legally authorized in Australia

Candidate Expectations and Quality Standards

First and foremost we hire based on attitude over qualifications. A good attitude and willingness to work and develop in the company will always do better than a bad attitude with prior experience.
Demonstrated cleaning experience of at least 2 years in domestic and commercial environments will be prioritised but not a requirement.
Professionalism and commitment to delivering flawless, detail-oriented cleaning consistent with premium service expectations
Fluent English for clear client communication and compliance with company policies
Reliable private transport is a non-negotiable requirement
Willingness and ability to actively participate in ongoing training, compliance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives
High work ethic to maintain client trust and uphold the company’s market-leading reputation
Must have own reliable transportation.
