Additional Information:

These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40-50hrs/fortnight
The internal job title for this role is Sales Co-worker
Applications close Monday 15 June 2026
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
This role requires availability to work store operating hours as listed below:

o Sunday to Wednesday 8:00am to 7:30pm
o Thursday to Saturday 8:00am to 9:30pm

You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
Being an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range; and actively learning about their features and benefits.
Responsible for ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced.
Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality.
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
