This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in strengthening and evolving the organisation’s Quality Management System within a dynamic and regulated environment. As a key member of the RAQA team, you will contribute to driving compliance, leading audits, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance quality performance and support ongoing ISO certification success.

Our ideal candidate for this role aligns with these values.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Quality Management Systems within a regulated environment, with demonstrated capability in auditing, managing NCRs and CAPAs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. They will be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Experience required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the medical device or related regulated industry
Strong hands-on experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
Proven experience managing NCRs and CAPAs, including root cause analysis
Strong internal and/or supplier auditing experience
Auditing qualification (Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification preferred)
