With a global presence, SOL Edu has assisted approximately 40,000 international students in pursuing their study in Australia and New Zealand, while also helping more than 5000 clients to successfully arrive, stay and/or migrate to these two countries.

With 24 years in the education industry, we offer comprehensive support to students throughout their entire academic journey, from pre-arrival to post-arrival in Australia and New Zealand. We work closely with students to identify appropriate courses and institutions that align with their academic record and personal circumstances. We also provide them with free admission processes, student visa application support and settling down services. Should students desire to further their study, SOL Edu can provide a hassle-free transfer process that complies with all regulatory requirements.

We are one of few companies capable of offering an “one stop service” for clients, covering all education and visa services. With a team of five registered migration agents located in Australia and New Zealand, we provide extensive expertise and experience in all types of visas, including student visa as well as other visa subclasses that help clients stay longer and migrate to Australia and New Zealand.

SOL Edu is headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. However, we have expanded our business operation globally by establishing five physical offshore offices in Bangkok (Thailand), Thimphu (Bhutan), Seoul (Korea), Auckland (New Zealand) and Christchurch (New Zealand). The offshore offices allow us to enhance the SOL Edu brand name in these promising markets and help us directly provide education and visa services to offshore students.

About the position

Marketing

Support lead generation opportunities and customer management by developing, evaluating, and managing customer journeys, including drip campaigns in MS Dynamic 365
Share ideas about customer journeys when developing digital campaigns with the marketing team
Analyse current market trends and predict future trends to best facilitate digital campaigns and communications
Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives to achieve setup objectives in terms of customer acquisition, growth and retention
Monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns
Find solutions to improve spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Maintain and update the timeline and status of digital campaigns
Become a gatekeeper of data management, such as data segmentation, data cleansing and lead scoring
Manage data in MS Dynamic 365
Analyse digital campaign data and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance
Review analytics to identify strategies and opportunities to drive digital traffic to the company's website
Create landing pages, contact forms, and blog posts to improve the company's website
Manage the company's digital channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website and other digital platforms, to ensure they are up to date and on brand
Plan and manage budget for digital advertising campaigns

Collaboration

Maintain great communication with other marketing team members to design, create and implement digital content and digital advertising campaigns
Ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment
Responsible for managing and collaborating in the organization of face-to-face events at the Brisbane office as well as any external events in which the company participates

About you

Education and experience

3+ years' experience in a digital marketing role
Strong proficiency in digital marketing execution - SEO, SEM, Google AdWords and social media
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and web analysis tools, with the ability to summarise key data to improve customers' engagement and conversion
Proficiency in managing and maintaining WordPress websites
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Ability to work well with members who come from different cultures and languages

Other requirements

You must have unrestricted work right in Australia in order to be considered for the position
Language required - English and Spanish
