THE POSITION

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our Guest Services team. This role is responsible for maintaining, restocking and auditing the mini bars across all guest rooms, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional in‑room experience. Your key responsibilities include:

Replenish mini bar items daily in line with hotel standards
Accurately record consumption and update guest charges
Conduct room checks and ensure all mini bars are clean, well‑presented, and functioning
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and rotation of products
Assist with stocktakes and inventory management

ABOUT YOU

1-year experience within a 4/5-star hotel or restaurant
An ability to thrive under pressure and work as a team in a high-paced environment.
Immaculate presentation and grooming.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Basic numeracy and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Attainment of the necessary Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Need to be available for a 7-day roster.
