What You’ll Be Doing

Represent safety and professionalism at government service centres
Manage access points and maintain a secure, welcoming environment
Deliver outstanding customer service with confidence and authority
Calmly de-escalate situations and support emergency responses
Accurately record and report incidents during your shift

What You’ll Need (Mandatory)

QLD Security Licence (Cert II – Crowd Control & Unarmed)
Current First Aid Certificate
