Brisbane Office | Gold Coast Projects

Great projects need great site leadership.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Queensland delivery team, helping bring high-quality commercial fitout projects to life across the Gold Coast region.

You’ll lead the day-to-day execution of works on site, coordinating trades, materials and sequencing to keep projects running safely, efficiently and in line with programme

About the role:

You’ll maintain strong site discipline, ensure workmanship meets the highest standard, and create a well-run environment where trades can perform at their best.

The first project will involve delivering a rooftop bar build incorporating structural works, steel installation and crane management, requiring a Site Manager comfortable delivering both construction and fitout elements.

Based within our Brisbane team, this role will primarily deliver projects across the Gold Coast, with occasional travel required for Brisbane projects when needed.

Work progresses to programme with minimal disruption or rework.
Safety is prioritised and consistently upheld across the site
Buildability or coordination issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
Materials, deliveries and site logistics are planned effectively to keep work flowing.

Workmanship and finishes are second to none, delivered exactly to plan.
Site progress, risks and issues are reported clearly and escalated early.
Clients and consultants experience a professional, well-run site

Your experience:

5+ years experience managing commercial fitout projects
Experience across workplace, retail, hospitality or health sectors
A trade qualification in a relevant construction discipline
Experience coordinating subcontractors, site logistics and sequencing
Strong ability to read drawings and ensure high workmanship standards
First Aid & CPR certification (Mandatory)
White Card (Mandatory)
Valid driver’s licence (Mandatory)
