About the Role
We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our SEQTA Support team in Melbourne. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, professional, and solutions focused support to help schools get back to their priorities as quickly as possible.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams, taking ownership of support cases through to resolution while delivering a high-quality customer experience aligned with our SLAs and values.
What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and case management
Log, manage, and resolve support cases using FreshDesk
Provide standard level technical support and troubleshooting
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned cases through to resolution
Collaborate with Support colleagues and other teams to meet SLA commitments
Escalate issues appropriately and keep customers informed with timely updates
Educate customers and provide recommendations to improve system usability and performance
Contribute to strong CSAT and NPS outcomes
Create, review, and maintain knowledge base articles
Maintain accurate and detailed case notes and system records
Work in line with Tes information security policies and processes
Live and demonstrate the Tes values in all interactions

What You’ll Bring

Experience (beneficial):

Experience in a B2B SaaS support or service desk environment
Technical support or call centre experience
Experience working in or with schools (academic or administrative)
Exposure to school management systems, learning management systems, or timetabling software
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud, FreshDesk, or the Atlassian suite

Skills & Capabilities:

Strong customer-service mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with incident or service management processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic to intermediate SQL or reporting experience (desirable)
