LSH Auto Australia, the leading Mercedes-Benz dealer group in Australia, is seeking an experienced and motivated Vans Sales Executive to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne, based in South Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a globally recognised premium brand while building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional sales results within our Mercedes-Benz Vans division.

What to Expect

As a Vans Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and ongoing relationship management. You will work within a supportive and high performing team environment, with access to industry-leading training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored vehicle solutions.
Managing the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
Achieving individual and team sales targets.
Maintaining strong product knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz Vans range.
Supporting the dealership in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction outcomes.
Proactively generating new business opportunities and growing your customer network.

About You

Previous automotive sales experience or proven success in a sales focused role.
Strong communication and relationship building skills. A customer focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
Results driven, motivated, and professional. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Enthusiastic, confident, and highly motivated. A valid Australian driver licence.
Interest in automotive technology and innovation.
