Job posting end date:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role sits at the heart of our production team. You’ll play a key part in coordinating customer orders, supporting production planning, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations to drive efficiency and on-time delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, coordination, and working closely with a hands-on manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

Support production planning and administration activities alongside the Operations Manager and Leadership Team
Create and manage work orders in line with production schedules and customer delivery requirements
Coordinate and process customer orders across the production and supply chain functions
Review Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, and technical drawings to prepare job cards for the workshop
Receipt and finalise work orders, adjusting materials, labour, and costs based on production feedback
Maintain accurate production records to support traceability and quality compliance
Manage and update material master data within SAP
Liaise with production teams to track order progress and resolve issues
Provide general office support including reception duties, mail handling, and meeting coordination
Maintain a professional and organised office environment
Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills & Experience

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in a similar role (2+ years preferred)
Exposure to a manufacturing or production environment
