We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused Sales Associate to join the store team on a casual basis. If you dream of engaging customers, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and making a lasting impression on your customers then Pandora is the place for you!

The role

The Senior Sales Associate plays a hands-on leadership role in the store, acting as a highly skilled Sales Associate who consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences, masters the full Selling Ceremony from greeting to closure, and supports seamless daily operations. In this capacity, they coach and mentor their peers, helping to elevate team performance and maintain high standards in customer engagement. They are skilled and contribute to essential store operations such as stock management, and visual merchandising, ensuring the store runs efficiently and securely in line with company policies.

What to expect from the role

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals’ personalities, loves and needs
Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
Assisting with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
Merchandising the store and maintaining high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment
Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges

Must be available on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday
