This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing the adoption of cutting‑edge digital technologies within the da Vinci ecosystem. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with surgeons, OR teams, hospital executives, and IT stakeholders to implement and grow the use of digital solutions, driving both clinical impact and commercial success. With responsibility for the full sales lifecycle, from market development and stakeholder engagement through to training, adoption, and ongoing account management - you will directly influence how hospitals leverage digital innovation to enhance surgical performance and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a driven and consultative sales professional who can confidently engage with surgeons, hospital executives, and IT stakeholders, translating complex digital technologies into clear clinical and commercial value. They thrive in a high‑accountability environment, combine strong technical curiosity with commercial acumen, and are motivated by influencing adoption, building trusted relationships, and delivering measurable impact across their territory.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in sales, territory management, and achieving commercial targets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to present effectively to clinical and executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing and account management
- Experience building and maintaining relationships across multidisciplinary hospital environments (e.g. surgeons, OR staff, IT, executives)
- High level of communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales reporting processes
- (Preferred) Experience in a medical device or hospital environment, or relevant clinical background
