About us

Jon’s Furniture Clearance Outlet Pty Ltd trading as Monster Furniture Clearance Depot is a furniture retail business specialising in affordable lounges, dining sets, bedroom suites and outdoor pieces. We operate multiple outlets and focus on providing quality products, competitive pricing, and reliable customer service.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our expanding team in our Belmore store on a full-time basis.

Qualifications and work experience

No formal qualification required, but a qualification in business, retail, or management is an advantage
No specific licensing or registration required
At least 3 years of relevant retail management or supervisory experience
Strong background in sales, stock control, and staff supervision
Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred

Skills required

Oversee daily store operations, including stock levels, customer service quality, and sales targets
Plan, organise, and coordinate product displays, promotions, and in-store marketing activities
Review sales performance, forecast stock needs, and assist in planning purchasing requirements
Train and supervise staff, allocate daily tasks, and ensure store procedures are followed
Provide high-quality customer service, including advising customers on product details, care instructions, and warranty information
Monitor inventory accuracy, update stock movement records, and coordinate with the warehouse team
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and end-of-day financial reconciliation
Maintain a safe and organised showroom environment and ensure staff follow workplace safety procedures

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

Furniture sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
