What you’ll do:

Work closely with Lead Client Partners and account teams across a portfolio of priority accounts to drive coordinated, client-led account delivery.

Develop and execute account plans, aligned to client strategic priorities.

Drive consistent account disciplines by establishing and maintaining an effective operating rhythm, including regular account team meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up on actions.

Actively manage pipeline health, proactively identify opportunities, and coordinate pursuits across lines of service to drive conversion and growth.

Maintain high-quality account data and reporting to support transparent, real-time decision making across pipeline, financial performance, margin, forecasts, client feedback, and contract management.

Leverage tools (e.g. Salesforce, iPower, PowerBI) and AI-enabled platforms to support account planning, client conversations, and to surface insights and efficiencies that benefit both our teams and our clients.

Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working across connected teams, using AI and smarter workflows to reduce duplication, accelerate delivery, and free up time for higher-value client work.

Track progress and ensure accountability for key account actions across the teams.

Build strong working relationships with connected team members, providing clear briefs and context, and expanding their contribution over time.

Collaborate with Clients and Markets teams to activate relevant campaigns, events and thought leadership that strengthen client relationships.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with client procurement and delivery teams to support commercial processes and strengthen our position.
What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ Experience in account coordination, business development support or client-facing roles within professional services.

Agile in both thinking and working, able to shift priorities, adapt to new information, and keep momentum across a dynamic portfolio.

Genuine curiosity about clients' businesses, their challenges, and where we can add value.

Strong relationship builder, able to develop trusted, durable working relationships across client procurement, delivery teams, internal stakeholders, and connected teams, building rapport and credibility at multiple levels.

Proactive problem solver who identifies issues early, thinks laterally, and works collaboratively across teams to resolve them before they escalate, bringing a solutions mindset to everything from commercial blockers to delivery challenges.

Curiosity and drive to find efficiencies through connected teams and AI, comfortable experimenting with new tools and ways of working to reduce friction, improve quality, and create capacity for higher-value client activity.

Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.

Commercial mindset with the ability to connect client priorities to firm capabilities.

Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, reporting tools and emerging AI-enabled platforms.

Experience managing commercial processes including RFPs, contracts and vendor reviews.

Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, and who actively strengthens collaboration across connected teams.
