Role Description
We’re seeking expressions of interest from Project Directors to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment and redevelopment projects across the social infrastructure sectors. You will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of complex, stakeholder-rich projects, ranging in value from $500Mil to $1Bil.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing scoping of works.
- Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Managing construction/delivery phases.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile
To be successful, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Project Director delivering end-to-end projects within a consulting environment.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space, or how these developments impact the strategic objectives of government organisations.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
