Own the entire content function at a fast-growing consumer app - from creator programs and organic social to paid media and brand partnerships. This is a rare chance to build something from scratch alongside founders who move fast and back their people. Our client has established itself as the market leader domestically and is now expanding into the US. The team is small, ambitious, and genuinely collaborative - you'll have real input and fast decisions, not layers of approval.

As Content Lead, you'll take full ownership of organic and paid content across TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat. You'll build and run two creator programs, manage day-to-day social, supply content for performance campaigns, and lead brand partnership activations - all while producing some content yourself.

Key responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard and manage ambassador (CPA/affiliate) and UGC creator programs across AU and US markets
Brief creators for both organic and paid use, and negotiate usage rights and fees
Manage daily posting, scheduling and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat
Produce your own content for organic channels - posts, stories, reactive content
Source and supply creator content for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
Lead content for brand partnership activations from brief to delivery
Write EDMs and produce in-house content for product launches and founder-led posts
Own the overall content strategy and report on performance

What you'll bring:

Hands-on experience building or managing a creator, ambassador or influencer program
A track record of sourcing and negotiating with creators at volume
Ability to produce your own content - comfortable being on camera if and when needed
Strong understanding of paid social creative across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
Experience writing EDMs and communicating product stories via email
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot or similar tools
Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable with autonomy in a small team
