Full Job Description

We have been delivering quality cleaning, labour, demolition, waste management, transport and storage services for over 15 years. Our continued growth is driven by professional people and exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser - Operations for a full-time position based at our Willow Vale office.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Operations, you will play a key role supporting our operational workforce in high-risk site-based and transport roles. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating recruitment, interviewing and selection for operational roles (cleaners, labourers, truck drivers, forklift operators etc.)

- Maintaining detailed personnel records, licences, certifications, rosters and fatigue management logs

- Providing advice on workplace relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, safety compliance and award entitlements

- Delivering inductions, WHS and site-specific training

- Supporting dispute resolution, policy development and workplace consultative committees

To be successful you will have:

- Relevant Bachelor Degree or minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

- Previous experience in a similar HR capacity, preferably in construction, fit-out or project management

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail

This is a full-time salaried position. Uniform provided. Some travel to project sites may be required.
