Talent Register for Information Release and Litigation Management Positions

This talent register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for fixed term, full-time and part-time opportunities up to twelve (12) months for a range of key positions across the Information Release and Litigation Management Branch.

*The Department will commence reviewing applications immediately to fill current opportunities*

About our Team

The Information Release and Litigation Management Branch is responsible for:

The delivery of a range of central information release functions under relevant legislation including under the Freedom of Information Act 1992, National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Act 2018; Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 and other authorised mechanisms.
Coordinating responses to the Department’s legal cases, in consultation with the State Solicitor’s Office, law firms and the Insurance Commission of WA. This includes public liability claims, class actions, applications for judicial review, coronial inquests, youth custodial complaints matters and other court actions.
