An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr Program Manager to join Honeywell in their Building Automation and Services organization.

The role will be responsible for project and programs within WA, NT, South Australia and Victoria. You will lead the delivery of Security, BMS, Software and Fire projects, focusing on Government and Defence work, managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring regular on-site engagement to meet customer and Defence requirements. The role is ideally based in Melbourne but open to applicants who hold NV1 clearance and are based in Perth or Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

Program management
Management reporting and program governance
End-to-end management of service and minor works projects
Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial forecasting
Contractor and supplier management, procurement, and compliance
Risk identification and mitigation
Site inspections and quality assurance
Stakeholder communication and reporting
Building customer relationships
Working closely with the sales organisation to meet customer needs

Key Experience & Capabilities:

5+ years’ experience in program management
Experience in construction, security, BMS or M&E contracting
Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects/programs concurrently

Desirable:

Engineering qualification is desirable
