The Fox Hole is an award-winning cocktail bar in The Rocks, known for exceptional drinks, memorable experiences and genuine hospitality. Guests join us for cocktails, dining, gin & whisky tasting/experiences, gin high tea, sold out experience dinners and private events.
We're looking for a confident, charismatic and energetic personality to become one of the faces of the venue.
Someone who enjoys talking to strangers. Someone who can make guests feel welcome within seconds of arriving. Someone who can recommend a drink, tell a story, have a laugh and create the kind of atmosphere people remember.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and creating a warm first impression
- Delivering food and beverage service
- Building genuine connections with guests throughout their visit
- Recommending cocktails, wine, spirits and experiences
- Supporting gin tastings, whisky experiences and discovery dinners
- Assisting with private events and group bookings
- Working closely with bartenders and managers to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Helping create the atmosphere The Fox Hole is known for
What We're Looking For
- A naturally outgoing and engaging personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with guests from all walks of life
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- NSW RSA
Experience That Will Help
- Hospitality, restaurant or bar experience
- Hotels, tourism or guest services experience
- Acting, performance, presenting or public speaking experience (or just the kind of wild confidence that lights up the room)
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Wine, cocktail, whisky or gin knowledge (not required, just a bonus - we can teach you all about the drinks!)
