About the role
We’re looking for someone organised, enthusiastic and dependable who can uphold quality and become a trusted pair of hands across production and post-production.
This role spans production, editing and day-to-day operations. You’ll work across shoots and post-production, contribute to camera, lighting and audio setups, help shape edits through to delivery, and keep projects moving smoothly from shoot through to final output.
You’ll also contribute to creative development, including content ideas, concepts, script support, internal marketing and exploring tools or workflows that help us work smarter.
The role would suit someone with solid experience in a video production, post-production or content environment who is detail-driven, reliable and confident working across both shoots and edits.
We’re looking for someone who can deliver polished work, work confidently in client-facing environments, and contribute across both production and post-production.
Much of our work sits in the corporate space, so the right person will be comfortable working on practical, detail-driven client projects as well as more creative brand-led content.
Some weeks will be more production-heavy, some will be more edit-heavy, and some will involve internal marketing or spec work.
What you’ll doProduction
- Work across corporate interviews, brand films, online ads, event content and social content shoots
- Support camera, lighting and audio setups on location
- Help with shoot prep, gear checks and logistics
- Camera operate as a second shooter or lead shooter, depending on the project
- Capture BTS video and still content
- Manage equipment, media, batteries and on-set organisation
- Help with bump-in, bump-out and general production support
- Maintain a calm, professional and client-friendly presence on set
Post-production
- Ingest, organise, sync and back up footage
- Create selects, assemblies and rough cuts
- Prepare captions, exports, review links and versioned deliverables
- Help with music searches, audio clean-up, colour correction and motion graphics
- Keep project files organised and follow established workflows
Creative and content support
- Help develop content ideas, creative concepts and simple scripts
- Contribute to light content strategy and campaign thinking where relevant
- Keep an eye on useful AI tools, trends and workflows that could improve production, editing or content development
Workflow and production support
- Help manage project folders, assets, schedules and task lists
- Update project management systems and keep details organised
- Assist with call sheets, shoot notes and production documents, if needed
- Help maintain gear
- Help improve systems, workflows and the day-to-day running of the business
- Support internal marketing content and spec work

Essential
- Experience in a video production, post-production, content or creative environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience editing corporate, branded or story-led video content
- Solid understanding of cameras, lighting and audio
- Comfortable assisting on shoots
- Understanding of file management and backup workflows
- Experience with captions and versioned exports
- Colour correction and audio clean-up skills
- Basic After Effects or motion graphics capability
- Good communication skills, a professional manner and confidence in client-facing environments
- Ability to follow a brief and work within established workflows
- Positive attitude and pride in work
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
