About the role
An opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for an Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ PAE to join our defendant CTP team on a permanent full-time basis. This friendly and close-knit group acts for major insurers, providing advice on motor vehicle injury and catastrophic claims involving spinal injuries, brain injuries and amputations, as well as claims involving complex liability and causation issues. This busy role will see you actively assisting with the management of files end-to-end, from initial instructions, interlocutory matters, and pre-trial conferences up to listing conferences, providing you with hands-on experience across a wide variety of complex and interesting CTP matters.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ of post-admission experience, including experience in a defendant personal injury practice. If you are someone who enjoys a degree of autonomy whilst having the support and guidance of senior mentors, and are looking to work in an innovative and paperless team, this could be the ideal role for you. You will be supported by our collegiate team of paralegals and senior lawyers with opportunities for advancement.
