At our venue, our baristas are the heartbeat and DNA of our brewed specialty coffee – pulling that perfect 'Magic' shot, clearing peak rushes, and keeping standards high, Keeping customers smiling and having a cheeky banter every now and then.

This isn’t a “Starbucks” coffee gig. We’re talking dialing it in, finding that quality tasting note, adjusting temperature, and tamp pressure, having excellent customer service with speed to match under pressure. Every cup you serve fuels our coffee 'connoisseur' and keeps them coming back for more.

If you’ve got true grit, precision, and personality, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

Nail the grind, extraction, and texture that silky smooth foam – and brew that coffee like your life depends on it.

Keep pace when it’s pumping – without compromising on quality.

Look after the gear – machine, grinder, keep bench spotless and floors clean.

- Bring the Vibe -

Smile say G'day, connect, provide that coffee experience – make every customer feel welcome and ensure they come back wanting more.

Maintain that service speed during peak periods without losing that smile.

Drive add-ons and upsells – with loyalty cards to pastry pairings and muffins.

- Back the Team -

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with FOH and BOH crew.

Share barista skills and help train new starters.

Jump in where needed – no job too small, no ego.

- Keep it Real -

Ensure stock levels are high , milk, and consumables mid-rush.

Follow hygiene, food safety, and compliance – no shortcuts.

Deliver every shift with energy, consistency, and pride.

Key Requirements

1+ high-volume barista experience, well at least have more than 1 day at a barista training course but we could consider based on your passion and work ethics.

We also welcome those wanting to break into the industry as a new starter or currently those studying.

We also want to hear from those who are finding it tough out there looking for work.

We are also wanting those with expert knowledge of coffee extraction + milk texturing.

Be fast, consistent, and confident under pressure.

Customer service with personality.

Team player who lifts the whole team.

We will also consider new starters to the industry or Juniors (junior wages apply based on age) or VISA holders with that wiliness to be a go getter and be part of the coffee industry.
