This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

At Chemist Warehouse Chermside, we have a supportive team and approachable management who create a fun, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and included. It’s a large, busy metro store, and when things get hectic, everyone pitches in to help each other out. No question is ever too silly, and teamwork is at the heart of how we operate, ensuring both team members and customers feel supported!

There are great opportunities to learn and grow within the store. Team members receive on-the-job training, including online learning modules and in-person training opportunities at head office. We encourage development across all roles, with clear pathways to grow into leadership positions. Team members are also allocated aisles that change semi-regularly, allowing everyone to learn about different areas of the store and continually build their knowledge and skills.

Chemist Warehouse Chermside is a large and consistently busy store where the team works well together, especially during peak periods. Located conveniently across the road from Westfield Chermside and close to a major bus station, the store is easy to access. As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:

Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
Assist customers with general queries
Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
Setting up displays for catalogue promotions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy
Knowledge of pharmacy products and eagerness to learn
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
