First Class Valet is a national company dedicated to delivering 'Above and Beyond' service, empowering our team to set the standard in safety, professionalism, and guest care. With operations across hotels, airports, dealerships, shopping centres, and carparks, we bring structure to busy environments while celebrating the energy of the rush. You’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience by working across other industries and locations, supported by a diverse and dynamic team.

Valet attendants and concierge staff play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, always delivered with professionalism and a smile. Personal grooming, flexibility within a team, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential, along with a commitment to exceptional service.

You have a passion for working with people and are genuine in your interactions
Possess an awesome willingness for efficiency and teamwork
Have the flexibility to work a moving roster (if needed)
You feel confident in finding solutions to challenges and can think on your feet
Always willing to go above and beyond for each customer, wanting to making a difference to their experience
Be flexible in a fast-paced environment
Always well presented, confident, & self-motivated
Willing to work in a large and dynamic team
Able to liaise with the stakeholders professionally at all times

In order to be a strong candidate, you will need to have:

A passion to please, every time
Great availability to work on week days
Comfortable with working on a rotating roster (7 am to 5.30 pm Monday - Saturday)
Valet experience is not necessary, but preferable
A full open manual drivers’ license is required
Exceptional driving history (Demerit report must be provided)
Comfortable with working on your feet

Job Type: Casual (available for 40 hours per week)

Manual Driver Licence (Required)

Australian citizen or Permanent resident
Valid Visa Holder with Full Working Rights in Australia

Expected Start Date: Immediate

If successful, all applicants will also be required to complete the following pre-employment checks (at the cost of the employer):

Pre-employment Medical Check and
Drug and Alcohol testing
