About the role

Join our Group Finance team as an Accounts Officer, supporting Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Expense Management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across our Sydney office.

What you’ll do

Processing supplier and customer invoices, credit notes, and payments with accuracy and timeliness
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
Managing employee expense claims, credit card facilities, and reimbursements in line with company policies
Supporting month-end close activities and providing financial reconciliations
Identifying and implementing process improvements and supporting financial system upgrades

Your experience

2+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance role
Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes
Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience with ERP systems and banking platforms (desirable)
