About the Role:
We are currently offering the following positions:
FULL-TIME AND CONTRACTOR/CASUAL Speech Pathologist
Experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply - PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AVAILABLE

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with NDIS participants to assess their communication and swallowing needs, and help them achieve their personal goals
- Create tailored, person-centred therapy plans that are practical, meaningful, and outcomes-focused
- Deliver fun, engaging, and evidence-based therapy sessions in the clinic, at home, in the community, or via telehealth
- Write clear and supportive NDIS reports (progress reports, assessments, and recommendations) to help participants maximise their funding
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and a friendly multidisciplinary team to provide well-rounded care
- Keep up-to-date notes and documentation while meeting NDIS compliance requirements
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday and Flexible Saturday Hours
