We’re looking for someone who is all in — passionate about creating a positive team experience, driving engagement and culture initiatives, and continuously improving the way we support our people through smarter processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide trusted, practical HR advice and support across the business, building strong stakeholder relationships and partnering with leaders to support effective change management and positive people outcomes.
Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters end-to-end, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and dispute resolution.
Lead a variety of HR projects, from engaging wellbeing initiatives to end-to-end system rollouts and broader people and culture initiatives across the business.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and deliver meaningful HR reporting and insights, leveraging system integration and automation to improve efficiency and support better decision-making.

What we are looking for:

Similar experience in a HR Advisor role
Strong understanding of employment legislation, industrial relations, Awards, and policy interpretation.
Experience in employee relations and performance management, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace investigations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and provide clear HR advice.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Relevant HR or business qualifications (Desirable).
