About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) or Enrolled Nurses (EN) to join our team as Disability Support Workers, providing high-level and intensive care support to clients with complex needs.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about applying their clinical expertise in a community-based, person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal care and support, including complex care needs.
Assist with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meal preparation, mobility support).
Administer and manage medications in line with clinical guidelines.
Monitor and respond to changes in client health and wellbeing.
Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment at all times.
Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and care teams.

What We’re Looking For

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) (AHPRA).
Experience in disability support, aged care, or complex care settings.
Strong clinical skills, including medication management and health monitoring.
A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Current driver’s license (if required).
A proactive, “can-do” attitude and commitment to high-quality care.
