At Each, our Primary Care team supports people to live independently, stay connected to their communities, and improve their overall health and wellbeing through evidence-based care.
Your role, your impact
As a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting people to live well, stay connected, and maintain their independence. Working across clinic, home and community settings, you’ll deliver person-centred care that meets people where they are - helping them build confidence, improve mobility, and achieve what matters most to them.
Key responsibilities:

Deliver personalised, goal-focused physiotherapy care that supports people to live independently and safely

Assess, plan and implement evidence-based treatments tailored to each person’s needs and goals

Support diverse communities across home, clinic and community settings to enhance mobility, wellbeing and participation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care
-
Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement to meet evolving community needs

About you
You’re a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to your practice and enjoy working with diverse communities, building strong relationships and supporting positive health outcomes.
You have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or an equivalent qualification)

Experience delivering physiotherapy services in clinical and/or community settings
-
Strong clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice
-
Confidence managing a caseload, with the ability to prioritise and organise effectively
-
You communicate clearly and build positive, trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders
-
A current state-based driver’s licence

Experience working with NDIS or Home Care Packages

Exposure to neurological conditions

Experience delivering care in community or home-based settings
