Your day to day:

Shape an energised, inclusive and customer first environment, that feels welcoming, genuine and inspiring for both customers and your team.

Bring Optus’ strategy to life instore by running smooth, efficient operations and continuously finding opportunities to uplift outcomes, performance and overall customer experience.

Address raised customer concerns with calm professionalism, modelling effective deescalation and guiding your team in resolving complex or sensitive situations.

Drive team engagement by celebrating wins, setting meaningful goals, fostering continuous learning, and strengthening collaboration across your store and the wider region.
