About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a full-time basis, covering Cranbourne/Dandenong area and then stretches to Wonthaggi and Phillip Island.

The Territory Manager will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

What your day looks like:

Leading and mentoring a team of 3 direct reports
Liaising & negotiating with key decision makers in stores
Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
Strict adherence to provided OH&S guidelines
Contributing effectively as a member of the States field team
Effective management of your POS & Merchandiser budget

FMCG experience is preferred but not essential
