The Role
We're looking for a Performance & Reward Specialist to join our People & Reward team and play a hands-on role in how DNL rewards performance across its worldwide workforce. This is a broad, high-impact remit from executive incentive design and equity frameworks through to market benchmarking, board reporting and the systems that bring it all to life.

You will also be responsible for:
Applying and tailor Group Performance & Reward methodologies, processes and frameworks consistently across all regions, aligning them to local business needs.
Supporting the annual goal setting, performance and remuneration review cycles globally.
Helping design and implement Group incentive plans: Short-Term (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans.
Supporting our LTI equity frameworks end-to-end, design, implementation and ongoing administration, including grant, vesting, testing and reporting — in support of the Group's incentive initiatives & benefits.
Conducting market matching and data analysis (including Hay and/or Mercer evaluations), partnering with senior leaders to ensure valid matching, internal equity and robust market comparisons.
Contributing to Board People & Remuneration Committee papers and the Annual Remuneration Report.
Advising managers on individual and out-of-cycle salary reviews.
Administering performance systems and data and help evolve our reward, recognition and benefits offerings.
Acting as a trusted point of specialist expertise for business unit leaders and the wider HR community across the Group.

A committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
5+ years' experience in HR, including time in a remuneration specialist environment (minimum 2 years in a remuneration role).
Detailed knowledge of remuneration frameworks and policies.
Working knowledge of the Hay Grade job evaluation methodology (ideal) .
Experience with remuneration and benefits technology; SuccessFactors compensation module administration (ideal) .
Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, data-driven recommendations.
A proactive, self-directed approach and the resilience to manage competing priorities.
The credibility and influencing skills to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
