As a Sales and Services Consultant, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable support over the phone. Youll work closely with others, contribute ideas, and grow in a role that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
This opportunity requires full-time availability Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.00pm) commencing Monday 29 June 2026.
In your first six months, youll complete a nationally recognised qualification theANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance Certification. This training is:
- Fully paid for by WFI
- Completed onsite at our WFI office
- Supported with handson, supervised training
Once youre settled into the role and feeling confident, there may be opportunities to move into hybrid working arrangements, depending on business needs.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Boorloo (Perth)
What You'll Do Provide friendly and professional support to customers calling our 1300 number, helping with enquiries, policy information, and general assistance. Listen actively and communicate clearly, ensuring customers feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their interaction Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are actioned efficiently and correctly Follow up on customer queries and outstanding items to ensure timely resolution and a smooth experience Maintain accurate records and documentation to support quality service and compliance Look for ways to improve the customer experience, sharing feedback and ideas that help us deliver even better service
What You'll Bring Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously Confident with the ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes Strong customer service skills from face-to-face or phone-based roles Reliable, accountable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow in your role Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
