Transform Life Psychology is the dedicated Psychology service line within Transform Life — a nationwide allied health team supporting people across Australia, including remote and rural communities.
We’re growing our Psychology team and looking for a Registered Psychologist to support a diverse client group through a blend of telehealth from home and face-to-face sessions from our Southport serviced office.
You’ll have the flexibility to shape your caseload around your interests, experience, and clinical strengths. At the same time, a key focus of this role is supporting clients referred through a national employment and vocational support provider.
These clients are working toward overcoming barriers, rebuilding confidence, and engaging more meaningfully in employment and community participation. The work is varied, often highly rewarding, and offers the opportunity to support people through practical, real-world change.
You may work with:
- Clients building confidence and readiness to return to work
- People navigating complex life circumstances, including justice system involvement
- Individuals living with disability, trauma, or health-related barriers
Importantly, this client group engages voluntarily in the service, which often leads to stronger engagement and more meaningful therapeutic outcomes.
This role may suit Psychologists with experience or interest in:
- Trauma-informed practice
- ASD and ADHD assessment
- Corrections / justice system work
- Occupational rehabilitation
- Disability and NDIS
People who thrive here:
- Are organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing their own diary, workload, and priorities in a remote environment
- Value flexibility, while also being comfortable working within clear expectations and systems
- Are comfortable working toward weekly billable expectations and balancing clinical work with documentation and administrative responsibilities
- Enjoy the autonomy of remote work, while actively engaging with leadership, supervision, and multidisciplinary peers when support is needed
- Value collaboration with a connected national multidisciplinary team including OTs, Speech Pathologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Embrace feedback, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities both internally and externally
Essential Criteria
- AHPRA registered General Psychologist
- Ability to work from home combined with F2F work (the split is negotiable)
- Full Australian Work Rights
