Manage Our Enterprise Access Systems!

Manage user access to corporate applications with a focus on security compliance.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement best practises in access management.
Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure adherence to security policies.
Provide user education on access policies and security best practises.

About The Role

The Enterprise Systems Access Administrator plays a critical role in managing user access to the Council’s corporate applications, including OneCouncil. This position ensures compliance with established security policies and procedures by provisioning, deprovisioning, and monitoring access rights. The Administrator will troubleshoot access issues and work closely with the IM&T Cyber Security team to enforce access management best practises.

This role requires a proactive approach to enhance and streamline access management processes while ensuring users are educated on security best practises.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and customer-focused service delivery to our team.

Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or significant experience in Information Management & Technology.
ITIL Foundation Certification– valid or willingness to complete within 6 months of appointment.
Experience in managing user accounts and permissions within ERP systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a growth mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and a collaborative spirit, particularly in partnership with the cybersecurity team to uphold compliance and security standards.

Package: $82,602 - $87,556 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
Hours of work: Permanent Full Time. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.
