Join us at Chef Fresh as a Process Worker and play an important role in our production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for safe machine operation, timely quality checks, data records and inventory integrity. Ensuring we provide fresh, high-quality meals to our customers across Australia.

Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team to achieve production targets

High attention to detail, thorough and strong focus on minimising downtime and maintain high production effciency.

Prior experience in short shelf-life and high-speed production facility (desirable)

You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, hitting deadlines and delivering results

Able to Communicate effectively and work well with others

Confidently handle repetitive manual tasks

Bring your experience in cold processing and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc.

Able to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol checks
Shift variety: AM shift 6:00am - 2:00pm-
