Zen Medispa is a modern cosmetic and skin clinic located in the heart of Burwood, dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments in a professional, welcoming, and client-focused environment.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are currently seeking motivated and professional Mandarin-speaking:

Practice Manager / Front Desk Coordinator

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about aesthetics, client care, and working within a supportive and fast-paced clinic environment.

About Practice Manager / Front Desk Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day clinic operations and front desk coordination
Overseeing bookings, client enquiries, and appointment scheduling
Delivering exceptional customer service and client experience
Managing clinic administration, payments, and client records
Supporting the clinical team and ensuring smooth daily workflow
Assisting with staff coordination, stock management, and clinic organisation
Managing social media platforms including Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat
Assisting with content creation, filming, posting, and basic marketing coordination
Ensuring advertising and social media content aligns with AHPRA and TGA advertising guidelines
Supporting business growth initiatives and maintaining high clinic standards

Essential Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English
Previous experience in reception, clinic coordination, or practice management preferred
Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Confident using booking systems, social media platforms, and general computer systems
Understanding of AHPRA and TGA advertising compliance guidelines highly regarded
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Availability

Approximately 3 days per week initially
Potential for full-time hours depending on business needs and growth
Flexibility to assist with additional shifts and leave coverage highly regarded
