Summary:

The Executive Housekeeping Manager is a pivotal role within our hospitality establishment in Melbourne, VIC, responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. This position ensures that our high standards of service and hygiene are consistently met, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in housekeeping management and a passion for delivering excellence in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
