Looking for a fitness space that actually feels good to be part of?

Haven is a body-positive, LGBTQ+ inclusive fitness, Pilates and yoga studio in Sydney's Inner West. Originally founded as a women's space, Haven has evolved alongside our community and now warmly welcomes women, non-binary and trans folk in a supportive, inclusive environment centred around safety, connection and compassionate movement.

We're growing our team and looking for a qualified Pilates Teacher who also works as a Personal Trainer to join us in a casual capacity, with opportunities for:

Casual cover shifts
Regular weekly classes and PT sessions (negotiable)
Flexible opportunities that can grow over time

This role is ideal for someone who is values-aligned, community-minded, and looking for flexible work in a genuinely supportive and inclusive space.

About the Role

A key part of this position is teaching Pilates classes, so applicants must be confident leading engaging, inclusive Pilates sessions for a wide range of bodies, abilities and experience levels.

Alongside Pilates, you'll also have the opportunity to:

Deliver one-on-one and semi-private Personal Training
Teach other group fitness classes aligned with your qualifications and experience (e.g. strength, mobility, boxing, yoga, conditioning)

As a small team, we all pitch in to help with:

Creating an exceptional client experience
Building community and connection
Studio care and upkeep

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds relevant Pilates qualifications and experience teaching group Pilates classes
Is also qualified as a Personal Trainer & holds Cert III & IV in Fitness as well as First Aid & CPR
Is warm, approachable and reliable
Aligns with size-inclusive and body-positive values
Can support clients without diet culture, weight-loss messaging or body shaming
Enjoys working with diverse bodies, ages, identities and abilities
Loves creating welcoming, empowering spaces where people feel they belong
