Full Job Description

ASV Euro Car Parts is seeking a highly organized, independent, and hands-on Branch Manager. In this extremely fast-paced role, you will be expected to take full ownership of the branch's daily workflow. You won't just be sitting behind a desk—you will be actively involved in the day-to-day warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service that keep our operations running smoothly. We need a self-starter who can work autonomously to manage competing priorities without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations: Actively participate in and oversee the picking and packing of daily orders to ensure accuracy and speed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Manage incoming freight and efficiently put away stock.
Dispatch & Logistics: Independently assign daily delivery runs to drivers, optimizing routes for efficiency and ensuring deadlines are met.
Communication & Service: Act as the central point of contact for sales reps and customers, working quickly to provide accurate and timely ETAs on parts and deliveries.
Returns & Administration: Process customer credit returns accurately and autonomously manage inventory control protocols.
Team Leadership: Lead by example on the floor, working alongside the team while ensuring all health, safety, and operational guidelines are strictly followed.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in a hands-on warehouse management, branch management, or senior parts interpreter role.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently to solve problems and keep the branch moving.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts (experience specifically with European car parts is highly desirable).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle dispatch, inventory management, and customer inquiries simultaneously.
A "lead from the front" mentality—someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and pick orders alongside the team.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
